Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used in any form without prior written permission from Robyn Moore Arts.
The purchase of original artwork does not transfer copyright ownership or reproduction rights to the buyer.
Artwork Representation
Every effort is made to accurately display artwork colors, textures, dimensions, and details. Because screen settings and devices vary, colors may appear slightly different in person.
Many works contain layered textures, reflective materials, resin, beadwork, crystals, reclaimed elements, and hand-applied details that may appear differently depending on lighting and viewing angle.
As each artwork is handmade, subtle variations and imperfections are considered part of the unique nature and character of the work.
Purchases & Availability
All artwork is subject to availability. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
Robyn Moore Arts reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Commissions & Custom Work
Commissioned artwork may require a deposit before work begins. Due to the custom nature of commissioned pieces, deposits may be non-refundable once work has started.
Specific timelines, approvals, and shipping details will be discussed individually for commissioned work.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines may vary depending on artwork size, packaging requirements, and destination. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Robyn Moore Arts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the original and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If artwork arrives damaged, please contact Robyn Moore Arts within [3–5] days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging so a resolution can be discussed.
